Lack of Maple Weapons?

So I understand some people are scoring some Maple Shields. Others are nabbing a few regular Maple Weapons, either level 35 or 43. I've spent around 6 hours hunting for Maple Weapons so far from last year's list, and to no avail. Half of this time has been on 2x drop. What's going on with the Drop Rate? Last year we had plenty, I can't find any Maple Guns / Knuckles / Staves now. Any ideas, folks?

Bad luck is all. I found a Maple Knuckle after grinding for an hour this morning on 2x drop. Keep grinding. Your luck will improve.

me and my friend needed 1 hour on 2x to find a shield at cube slimes place just keep on trying, and hope you get lucky

I did 12 hours of 2x and still no maple shields. i fail.

So it sounds like drop rates really have just massively decreased, from what I'm reading. And 12 hours of 2x? Eeesh. 4.5k on 2x Cards?

Yeah, I say it's bad luck. I was on my aran collecting paint and found a Maple Shield after only two minutes of being at cube slimes. o:

Looking for maple blunt weapons and all 30% 1h and 2h bw scrolls is worse x_x. Been trying to buy them in FM for a while now, only 5 30%s, 70 60%s, and three BWs T.T Will buy all 30% or 60% BW scrolls and maple blunt weapons, 43 / 64! D:

Its just how lucky you are, last year i've killed bublings for 5hours without getting a shield. The next day when i relogged i wanted to get back to training, but i killed like 3-5 bublings that where around me when i went to the portal and got a maple shield.

I got a kandayo from chronos in like 15 minutes with any drop. Well of course the ring.

There are listings of last year's Maple Weapon drop list lurking around Basil, not too hard to find. Has anyone else had any noteworthy luck with other Maple Weapons? I'd like to score a couple ;o
