How to make a DEX-less Aran with 13 mil?

I'm splitting my funds for my two characters in half. So, what should I do with 13 mil, quests to do, and KPQ and CPQ?

Don't listen to people that say you can't. I went Dexless w/ 0 mesos. Do the quests from the link robindgt provided. From level 1-30 you only need around 37 Acc (Sand Rats). 4 Base Dex + 4 Base Luk = 5.2 Acc Sniper Pills = 10 Acc (Cost 30K/Hr) Marbas Hat = 8 Acc (Free) 11 Dex Kendo Robe = 8.8 Acc (Cost 370K) 4 Dex, 1 Luk White Belt = 3.7 Acc (Cost 1 hour at Dojo and 1.5m) 3 Accuracy from Blessing PM me when you hit 30 and I can help you out more. Edit: I would go w/ a 4 Att WG, not a 6 Att WG, since at 30 you'll want some more Acc gear ad u'll have to make sure u can afford them. Mind you at lv35+ there are lots of quests that give good mesos.

you might pull it off a lowdex but you will need a lot more for dexless~ just an advice

You can pull off being dexless, but you'll be better off going low dex With 13m... 6 acc blessing (free) 10 acc sniper pills (50k for 100) 10 dex bathrobe (350k) 3 dex bamboo (kpq for it) 9 dex 15 acc wg (~8-10m) or 6 att wg (~8m) 100 warrior elixers (500k per 100) 5 acc shoes (~5m if you look hard enough) 1/1/1/1 spieglman (cpq for it) And thats all I can think of right now In total, you could have 32.8 additional acc + 5.2 base (4/4) acc which is about 38 acc. If you buy the acc wg, you can bump up your acc to 60.2, which is nice. I'd suggest raising your dex to 20-40 if you only have 13m funds :S Edit: Exchange your green bamboo for a andras hat and add a 100%ed white belt (750k scrolls) and your total acc is 47.3 (69.5 with acc wg)
