Can you get the ring again?

Hi, So today I went on my CK to see what's new about the event and I went to cash shop to check if I got the ring from the anniversary and than I seemed to got bored of my CK and deleted it with the ring and now I made a new char and I tried going to Cash shop to see if I can get another ring but I waited for like 8 min in the cash shop, but nope nothing popped up so I'm asking basil if you can get the ring any other way since I'm trying to level quick on my Pre-Dit and the ring would be a good little boost.
