where is maple hill?

So Cassandra asks you to get maple leaves at "maple hill" and she says the admin can take you there But when you talk to maple admin you only get the options to get maple weapons O.o how do i get to maple hill? and also...how do u get the event ring? lol

Fairly sure thats in NLC... That map you can only go in during the anniversary,.
