Hi guys, You may know me from posting a poll (a few days ago) about which ring people prefered. That was before i gained this knowledge. Here is what is really happening. Sadly, you wont get to choose your ring. The exp ring is only for people who have been inactive for more than 3 months. You have to be in a party to activate the ring's effect The drop ring is for everyone else. And from what I understand, you have to party up with someone wearing the exp ring to activate this ring's effect. (which is really stupid). it really should've just been if you go on a character you haven't been on in 3 months, account is a little too much. i mean, we're not supposed to have multiple accounts to begin with, and yet how does nexon think that people who used to play will see the part about inactive accounts? and what are the chances you'll find someone with an inactive account who just came back that you can train with?

[/quote] Well, that makes the ring useless to me now, since I prefer to train alone, and I don't know anyone who hasn't played in 3 months.

Some people believe its 80% of the "party bonus exp". You know the little exp you get when you're in a party? Yes, 80% of that. For example you kill a monster that gives 200 exp. and if you're in a party you get 20exp more. With the ring, you will get 80% more of the 20exp, meaning 16 exp.

Imagine if this is all a way for Nexon to see which of us main players actually HAS multiple accounts, and then bans those people who do have more than 1 acct? hmmm...

[/quote] how would they tell if you had more than 1 account? if you use multiple computers, for all they know you are playing maple with a friend next to you.

Lol this made me laugh.. when they finally posted up the true details of those rings , I couldnt believe it >.> Why? because 2-3 weeks ago they sent "welcome back to maple" emails to those players who havent played for 3 months or more giving them a free code for 5 safety charms , 5 vip rocks , a free 2exp card and a random CS weapon cover , so chances are if they got that , it might of had them login at least a few minutes to redeem their codes lol so BAM not eligible for this ring anymore sucka! oh nexon , where is your common sense ~_~
