Neo Weapons, New Chairs, and Durable Items?

Ok so i have a bunch of questions with the new equipment that just came out. First of all, the Neo Weapons. I havnt heard of these and im wondering if these are the durability weapons? Also the New Balrog and Zakum Chairs. Do these come from Gachapon and which town? Finally the durable items. I am aware they come from the new PQ, but are they only level 80 ones like the Eclipse that was shown? and when you use a tablet, does the item lose a slot? Thanks~ Sorry for the mass questions xD!

1. I'm pretty sure that the new equips are the durability items. 2. No one has gotten either chair yet, so we won't know anything about the chairs until we can play again. 3. There are durability items that are higher than 85. The spear is 105. (Official Site) So i'm guessing there's a variety of levels. 4. The tablets are like scrolls for durability items, they should take up slots. Also, normal scrolls don't work on durability items.

Neo weapons, not here. We're not lucky enough to replace our OHS reverse items with neo equips lol. Durability weapons are NOT Neo Tokyo weapons. Tokyo weapons are way better x3. Balrog and zak chairs, only gachapon like always. Probably almost any gachapon, patch hasn't finished for any of us TO KNOW exactly which ones. Durability weapons if you check the side on basil, a crimson arcglaive made purple lv 105 req, so not only lv 80. Tablets don't take away slots, but they will have a 100% destruction rate if it fails, use at your own risk ;3. Any more questions? XD

@ above, the tablet says its a 60% chance of destruction :o. Also why is there not a Bow tablet?
