New Exp system Ends of leech?:(

So I heard that they again switched for a new exp system. I was planing on getting 115 with leech as soon as possible. Will it still be possible or its the end of leeching?;(

If leeching to 115 was twice easier, then there would be around twice more lvl 115 around, then you're not any better.
