Durability Equips or Regular Equips?

Were getting new Durability equips which feature more status aliments + damage + higher critical rates. Downside is you can only resell with PSoK and they have to be constantly repaired (I'm guessing for free, or insignificant amount of mesos) by NPC's in specific towns. http://maplestory.nexon.net/News/News.aspx?boardNo=100&contentNo=007gf&pageIndex=1 (Official Site) Now this made me rethink of my end game bow. Originally I was planning a Shiner, but now with these equips they bring out a whole new platform. My question is Should I get a Durability Bow as end game or Stick to my original plan with the Regular Bow?

Unless you're able to door back every time your weapon runs out of durability, then go with the durability equips. Most likely, they're going to turn out on equal levelling, but I'm assuming about 50 attacks is the equivalent of 1% of the durability meter.

[/quote] I thought that the % meter ment that you could use 1 rock slate thing on it, and it would have a chance of not breaking

Regular will be better cause you cant "maker" the durabilty gear.

No, if it "breaks" as you people say, then the durability goes to 0 and has item has to be repaired. This seems more likely, since regular scrolls don't work on durability gear, then the slots are the number of times a tablet can be applied. If I know nexon(and I think I do -.-"), then it will most likely cost nx or somewhere near 1 mil to repair.

... 1) The durability items are hard to obtain 2) They are limited to Tablet scrolls, and if I recall correctly , the best they can add are +2 stats 3) If I recall correctly, they have 60% chance of exploding 4) Everytime a Tablet works, the success rate decreases, if I recall correctly All in all, great clean, but it's full potential is covered by those...tablet scrolls. Unless NexonAmerica decided to change the Tablet Scrolls for easier scrolling/higher potential/etc., or if I recalled incorrectly , then they are not as useful as many might think.

Well, judging that they're repaired by old NPCs (rather than new ones like with the pet revive and itcg card quests), and that they didn't mention a fee here (Official Site), I'm betting it's gonna be free, but after the Evan skill books, it's gonnna take a lot to surprise me -_-

I am concerned with the weapons as much as I am with the armor and accessories. Weapons are a toss up between which is better, since we have no idea what the armor and accessories have stat wise. I am still a bit hopeful. Maybe we will finally see some shoes with att on them that don't come from a friggin card game.
