Go to YouTube and search: [26/10]Asiasoft in news of Singapore. And click on the one uploaded by CoffeeShopser. (Since I can't post URL's yet) Sorry the video is in Chinese, but basically Nexon is going to sue you if your using a 3rd party software. You can either get fined up to $5,000 or go to jail for two years.

Yes, but they MASSIVELY hacked the server with PACKET EDITING. Thats a LEGAL offense.

You cannot. Thanks though. If nexon looks into my computer to prove anything I can take a counter suit on them and pull up my 4th and 8th amendments. Oh considering me flying in henesys isn't costing them 5,000 dollars in damages that is an excessive fine. Not that Ive flew in henesys but legally nexon doesn't have a case nor could ever get one without breaking laws. edit This is in china. Want to know why nexon cannot do crud in the United states of America? Because they don't have proof and cannot snoop for it thanks to my amendments. I am starting to wonder if them filing suits for U.S based pizza slices is against the law because the hosting companies promise not to compromise ANY of your personal info TO ANYONE yet they go ahead and do that illegally.

They can sue you if you violate state/federal laws, usually over damage/loss of business or whatever (not good at this law crap). Not if you bot in their game. Only reason those chinese people were sued were because they made a business out of selling the in-game currency which is illegal.

It's just a scare tactic. But the funny thing is the only ones that actually think this is real are legit players so it failed miserably.
