What can Platinum Scissors make tradeable?

I've heard mounts and medals will be as well as most things declared untradeable by normal SoKs. My question is will CS items be tradeable this way (especially permanet cs items)?

No, the mounts and medals being tradeable was a glitch. So far, the only things that work with PSoK are the new durability weapons

If you read the info it states in the patch update you can PSoK the new durabillity weapons.
