New laptop help

I'm in need of a new laptop. I'm planning on getting an alienware brand. Can somebody recommend me any other good types of laptops Like for maplestory and other games. Also appreciate alienware type laptop recomendations

First off, Alienware is extremely overpriced for how "good" it is. Secondly, you don't need anything that powerful to play a mid-tier game like Maple. If you went full Crysis gaming, then yeah you would. Try getting something from Acer or Dell if you don't plan on playing anything more powerful than like... Combat Arms or such.

[/quote] I was gonna get one laptop that had a built in webcam and mic but I can't remember the name. All I know is that's it's blue and has a 17 inch screen

You should check out a MSI GX740. They are really good looking and have really good specs, with a 2.0 webcam.

Like $1459 for a 17 inch and 1159 i think for a 15.6 inch version

first off whats your budget, for an alienware laptop expect 3000$. i have the m15x its great for gaming but its way overkill for maple. ( i know its overpriced but i wanted one and i had the bugdet to fund it ) what usage do you usualy do on a computer ( alot of browsing / chat or alot of gaming and how big are the games if so ) what do you need 15inch or 17 inch. there are alot of factors when deciding wich laptop to buy. if you can answer these i can further help you decide wich laptop to buy ( asus also has very good laptops for gaming, my friend has one )

Alienware sucks ever since dell bought them out. my advice is to visit something like cyberpowerpc.com or similar where you pick a base model, and choose what goes into it
