I read it here http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/1497042/1/GMS__v85_Update__Full_Details.html# That only items with durability can be Psok'ed. Here is what it said Platinum Scissors of Karma � Use this item on the new durability items to allow trading once. Will all items have durability? Or is it not how everyone expected?

its most probable only CLASS SPECIFIC items will be able to be PSoK'ed (mounts, medals, some equips) NOT NOSES OR MOUSE KITS, SMILEY MASKS OR DANA'S etc

Apparently medals and mounts can NOT be PSoK'd. It was a glitch. But I imagine most previously untradeable items will become tradeable with PSoK. So we're looking at noses etc hopefully.
