Balrog PQ Crash

Hi everyone, I've been dealing with this problem ever since I started doing the Party quest. Everything is fine, except there are 2 exact times where I tend to disconnect without any error at all except "You've been disconnected from the server" The first time is the most common and that is almost when Balrog is ready to cast reflect skill. I've went over to the other side to reduce lag or not attack or anything but I still disconnect sometimes. If I survive that point, it's usually no problem but the 2nd time is when Balrog dies, and I don't move to the loot map but to the disconnection error again. I'm running at 600 k/bytes per second and have tried to use windows and taken off all my nx.. but to no prevail. I'm thinking its something to do with the map file or glitch or something in my folder instead of my connection.. cause I don't lag on Maplestory anymore Thanks for all the help guys.

hello i usually do bpq every time i go on i seem to lag less than other people cuz i always loot all the equips OT: i think your ms file is corrupted. cuz when i used to play drop game, my file was corrupted and i would dc everytime i dropeed the item on a certain place in the pot shop so try redownloading the game? thats whay i did

OT: don't try to hack lol. you need a clean wz file back up whenever you do try to edit...

Get another computer, change your OS, or get better internet. Those are my solutions. Why, some computers are super slow while others are fast. No idea why. Vista is slow. XP and 7 is fast. Internet is always better modemed, not wireless.

I'm having the same problem. I would have like a 30% chance of dcing on vista, then I installed windows 7 and I dced every single run. I'm guessing the version of windows you have has something to do with it, also a crappy graphics card might also cause this. I'd suggest turning down your graphics from MS settings to lowest possible, and if you dont dc on one run, relog before the next run, cuz everyone I know dc's if they cc after a successful run.

And who said TS was hacking? It's pretty ridiculous when you assume someone hacks when they probably don't. The only hacker here seems to be you. :

Lol.. I have windows 64 bit.. and a 512 mb/video card.. its a dell660i or something like that.. processor with 8gig ram.. I don't know.. i know its corrupted somewhere

isn't there a way to run maplestory on xp compability on a vista machine? I know it says that Maplestory has compatibility issues with vista 64 bit. there's actually a pop up that tells me that.. but I don't know what to do about it.

go into the folder and right click it go to properties and click on the compatibility tab and yeah..

Run as admin o.o Maybe turn every other program off and turn down your graphics to a minimum.

hrm It's still disconnecting me.. I do have a top end computer and I've never encountered d/cs except in the cash shop. Running it as admin doesn't really solve very much T_T

OT, my friend had the very same problem when we were BPQing, and she would DC at the exact same times. She said she solved the problem by first reinstalling maple, although I don't know if it'll work for you the same way. Good luck with it o _o
