Ice Breath At Mp3

Is there a possible way to hit monsters with an evan on the truck at mp3? I'm trying to use ice breath...

Beside the taxi there is a fire hydrant and a cement block thing. What i do is stand on the cement block where you don't take physical dmg but you can take magic dmg. However, my reasoning is this is less of a pot burn because theoretically you should be able to freeze them before they hit you with their magic attack which means no pot burn.

Yup, just teleport up onto the trash-can next to the Hummer and wait for your dragon to stop moving, then teleport on to the Hummer. However, if you jump onto the Hummer or jump while on the Hummer, your dragon will float upwards and due to it's position, Ice Breath won't be able to hit the monsters. In other words, don't jump when you're on the Hummer.
