Lack of white scrolls in Bellocan?

Does anyone know whats with the lack of white scrolls in bellocan? I've only seen one in FM for 400mil and thats it, other servers have way more than 5~10 at a time =O And is anyone here selling 50% knuckler ATT and white scrolls? LOL

You may be able to get some from the new pie vs cake event. A white scroll is one of the items you can trade in points for.

Theres quite a few people in bello who have been using the white scrolls up, specially with Evan.

There are no 50% of any kind (at least not enough to help scroll anything) in Bellocan. Good luck though, I've been seeing your smegas.
