Perma- Begginers and Henehoes

I just started to recently notice how many lvl 40-45 Perma- begginers there are just hanging around hene asking for fame or defame because they are a perma beg really is it that henehoes are now contagious and are effecting the noob community to become just like them or is it that being a pera beg is hard as hell to lvl up? Also why is it that the high lvls are hene hoes like what makes them want to be a henehoe? Is it the thing about lvling up where its to hard or do they enjoy being stuck up? what do you think tell me ?

I think it's pretty much the first 3. Let them be, whatevs. If they can't level up, they get bored. Encompasses the first 2 right there. So yeah. :3

I see the perma-beginners around in Hene too.. Theres always one near the Taxi asking for defame because of his job- Beginner..
