Help! Is my level too high for warrior throne quest?

Hello basilmarket, I want to get the warrior throne chair, but a guide said that i needed to do certain quests beforehand. 2 of them are given by the mayor, but when i talked to him, he doesn't seem to have it(the quiz and collecting the bomb things) Currently lvl 54. P.S: If anyone did the quest for the chair, could you tell me if you have to do all the other quests first(the ones not given by the mayor)?(because i still need to finish subani's legacy)

I did all of the quests for that thing at around level 71 on my priest.

Talk to the mayor about the city I think, then somewhere the is the "Take the New Leaf city Quiz" option. Not 100% sure.

Yeah, you have to finish Subani's Legacy. It's easier if you go when you can 1HKO Electrophants so you don't die.
