Fury vs Crusher?

What should I max first? Polearm fury or crusher? I am deciding mostly on fun, different training spots, and not so much on training speed. How much would it effect my training speed if I maxed crusher first? Edit: Yes, crusher as in spear crusher. For some reason I forgot to mention that.

@above: skeles 108+ with a bishop is mad good exp. Not sure if it's better than himes/gallos with fury. I would assume it is though.

Fury forever. I don't see why Crusher would be better. Fury also has better kb, and with a fast PA you'd out dmg Crusher in DPM.

[/quote] You make it sound as if a million different spots have come out for DKs and DrKs in the past 3 months. Barely anything has changed since then. Even if he stopped training in february, he would still know what spots are viable. WS and Gallos. That's about it, then Skeles or ToT like everybody else. Enough with the overcomplicated banter you have going on there. OT: PA Fury first, then Crusher (I hope you're talking spears here) toward the end of 3rd job, since its not quite as good for training in 3rd job.

kitteh's blue hair! tai's stache! joe! that other drk who i helped with something like aura of beholder who's now 134! all in one thread! fury fires faster and has more range i like fury better from a fun perspective the fact that you train like twice as fast compared to crusher just adds some megadelicious icing on that cake

Keep in mind that using crusher with polearms will reduce the damage to aprox a 60% of the skills damage.

that's fairly irrelevant in this discussion because iono if pure polearms would be better off even getting crusher over something like ... power crash LOL or just getting spear skills really...getting mastery + booster + spear crusher is prolly the better road to go lols err, actually i guess that's the answer to his question lol why would you ever get polearm crusher =_=

Uhh, I can't believe that some DKs/Drks are ignorant enough to suggest Crusher over Fury I mean, I have no DK/DRK but I can easily figure out that 170%*3 X 3 = 1530% X 64 (NORMAL 6) = 97920% <<<< 250% X 6 = 1500% X 78 (SLOW 7) = 117000% . Not to mention about the HUGE range difference ... @Below: How is Crusher supposed to take less damage compared to Fury given that it is slower with less range and might have KB issues ? ._.

Polearm Fury - 6 monsters, mobbing purposes. Pot more often. Takes several hits to kill a couple of enemies. Spear Crusher - 3 monsters, fewer hits to kill. Less pots. Even if you manage to mob and kill them all, crusher would still win out in the spear section and fury wins out in the polearm section. IMO, spears are better. You kill faster, take less dmg and you make up the difference from using PA Fury.

what is this less pots BS for crusher crusher is terrible for mob control ... it's a slow move that doesn't have range, meaning you burn ... more potions. you most certainly don't "kill faster" with a spear ... when everything in 3rd job mobs in mobs of 6+ -____- think plz lol props to zexord for a good post :b

wont fury benefit more caues your going to be at himes/gallops which have a high spawn rate (im doing this all from thought dun have a dk)
