Can a deaf person hear their thoughts?

Can a deaf person hear their thoughts? If, so, can a blind person dream/daydream? Can a mute person burp?

Of course deaf people can hear their thoughts, otherwise all the deaf people wouldn't think before speaking, and we'd get a bunch of rambling, incoherent idiots scrambling to blurt out whatever's on their mind. A person born blind can't really daydream, but they can still think using whatever other sensory perception available, but a person not born blind can still dream (albeit without the colors) and mute people can burp, but it emits no sound. EDIT: When mute people burp it emits a sound, nevermind.

deaf people are not always born deaf, take eeveepony for example. however, i would assume they think visually, which is what i do.
