it happens if its not activated at the register which means either you stole it or someone at the register didnt scan it correctly

There is no 'O' in nx prepaid card as the codes are consist of hexadecimal. Sometimes u can get confused between '0' and 'D' or '8' and 'B'

ppl it wouldnt say its already redeemed if he put wrong pin code. it will say invalid pin code;;;
