I have no idea how much they are. And should I buy Horntail pendent if the MoN can be psok?

If MoN can be PSoK, no you shouldn't buy a HTP as an aran. Though expect the prices of MoN to be equally, if not higher, than a HTP if they can be PSoK'd.
