Should I be pure spear or hybrid?

I'm wondering what are the benefits for pure spear and hybrid? Guys, if you could help me out. Also, i'm level 54 with an impaler 81Att, should i change it to a ski spear or wait till 64? Thanks in advance.

People don't seem to get that you don't need to buy two weapons and use them both while training.

Even if nexon gives them a skill that hits 9001% dmg on 239486 monsters. It's simply the fact that they're horrendous whiny betches, who are are so narrow-minded that they're unable to see how great and unique they are.
