Leveling 55-70 Dexless Sin

I am currently a lvl 54 dexless sin, with decent funding. I will have 8 att 2 luk pwg, 40 att 6 luk bracer, 4 luk robe (cant find someone to sell me a better one >.>) 3 att 4 luk PAC, and will be going on a zhelm run with a guild (hopefully by the time I level). I was wondering what the best way to get from 55-70 is. CPQ 2 is pretty good, but I have alot of rep. Is there a better way to level, using 2x xp or 2x drop?

100% as in 1-hit them? Also, could you tell me where they are, is it the best option (with or without 2x?) and if they are good for money? and @ above: I did, none of them were updated recently, or didnt have cpq 2 to compare with. One said v/hoodoos, which i tried but were wayy overcrowded.

100% as in hitting them all the time. You will probably kill them within 5-6 attacks. They are at lower ascent, tornado corridor, and any of the crossroads in the new leaf city area. They are probably the best option with any type of exp multiplier because they hp to exp ratio is like 20 to 1 or something. And as for money, they aren't really that good unless you do the NLC quest that allows you to turn in badges.

Using 2x drop, I find LMPQ the fastest. But I'm an old schooler. I haven't done the new pqs yet. I don't really plan on doing them either. Haha.

Windraiders are definitely good exp at your level, they are even good enough till early 80s

I am getting about 83% an hour cpq 2, so when I have alot of 2x rep ready, ill go over to wr. EDIT:: Wr are in NLC right? I am in orbis, so ill take ship and train to NLC, then where?
