Dexless of Low-Dex TB With 500m funding?

I have around 500m left on my account to fund my TB, but I also have some DEX equips. Should I go dexless or low-dex? Also, what should I upgrade? PS: I plan on getting to 120. 3 Attack 6 Dex PAC Normal Zhelm Don't have an overall yet 4 Dex 3 Slot earrings No dex shoes yet D: 10 Atk wg sry for wrong section
