How do I tell my girlfriend she's slightly fat?

I really don't want to dump her because she's really nice and hot, but her arm is getting flabby and when she was in a bikini last week that was just... ugh... I don't want to be shallow and dump her because of that because she's really nice, I just want to tell her nicely that she's becoming fat. So what's a nice way to say it? She's really sensitive btw.

I understand why you want her to lose weight. TO be into someone, they firstly have to be attractive to you, and not just physically. OT: Gosh, I don't know. Maybe that's because you don't or you'll be the one being broken up with.

If she's slightly fat, who cares? If you're going out with her, it means you love her. Plus, doesn't it make you feel good that she's nice and healthy instead of starving herself to keep up with today's idols?
