The average yeild from a (I'll assume we have Watt Scrolls for Weapons here) 10% is about .5 Watt and .3 main stat, 60% is 1.2 Watt and .6 Main Stat and a 100% is 1 Watt. For this 1% Scroll, you have an average yeild of about 10 Watt, which is far higher than 100% GM Scrolls (2Watt and 1 of Main Stat) and 50% Scrolls (2.5Watt and 1.5 of main stat).
