Double puppeting is a lot safer and stress free :/ You don't have to look at the screen or a clock all the time. I use my mana bar as indicator..whenever it runs down completely, and is almost at the middle part again, puppet will die. So I will jump down a bit before that happens, re-cast puppet, climb the rope a bit and let phoenix hit the monster and then go place puppet again. But that's just me :p

lol theres another approach that can be safer to some. i sometimes i get tired watching the timer every minute so i found out that u can control when to puppet and dont have to wait for 60 secs and save some time. juz when u spend some 50 secs hitting or more u can recast puppet in front of him then jump down u must be consistent when jumping down. he will atk the puppet u casted in front of him then while u got below u can recast the puppet again successively and he is 100% lured of the puppet at bottom so u juz climb the rope and start atking . i did this for like 3 days and havent died yet jumping down after casting a puppet in front of him.
