Bowman or slinger

Hey guys i have a level 97 I/L mage and 75 priest but there getting kind of boring and hard too level... so i was wondering if i should make a bowman or a gunslinger? and please tell me how i can do pypq with them, i know bowmans use PKB but what do slingers use?

Slingers use either blank shot or somersault kick. Somersault kick seems to be the better option in pypq. If your making a choice between Gunslingers and bowman then you should try posting ur preferences in jobs.

They are similar, but gunslingers have a variety of skills and they have higher damage. On the other hand, bowmasters have puppet, which increases survivability. If I was to choose, I would go for slinger.

Well, if you have tons of patience, you should go for the Gunslinger, as they are really hard to level. If you want a quick start, go for the bowman EDIT: @Above Slingers have TERRIBLE damage from 10-69. That all changes when you get burst fire.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as 2nd/3rd job goes - slinger for speed/mobility, bowman for power?

In my experience SE wins every argument in terms of usefulness.

Bowmen have Crit. which instantly makes them far less stable. It is debatable that in 4th job their damage is more stable per second, but not per shot. And that is only fourth job.
