Cake vs Pie event stopping Chaos inflation?

| Well, awhile back, before the Cake vs Pie info was released, someone told me that during summer, Chaos Scrolls will inflate up at least a little due to the higher amount of people, which will result in higher demand for Chaos Scrolls. But on the Cake vs Pie info, it says that you can give 200 of those insignia things to get a Chaos Scroll. Do you think this will stop Chaos Scroll inflation like PyPQ ruined 60%s, or like the big cake boss where it didn't really affect the Maple Weapons that it dropped? Discuss.
