Im Jimmy the leader of the guild Starclan in the world Demethos. And let me start off by saying it is verry hard and stressfull to be the leader of a guild! And as the leader of the Longest lasting guild in Demethos. (yes we are still active and better then ever!) I have come across many expiriences as a Leader, from scammers in the guild, INSANE drama, and the occasional in-activity. Here is my guide for a nice fun guild If you are already a guild leader you can skip to the bottom-ish for some tips! "How Jimmy Does It" << How the best of the best lead theier guild /end boasting ~Starting Off~ You have a lot of friends on maple right? So gather them up and head off to orbis with them! If you dont have people you can call on to just randomly make a guild, then your gonna have to go to Henesys and Kerning city spamming "R< New guild need (X) More!" And if you prepare to have an emblem add that in there too Ok so now you and your six person gang are off to orbis! You get to the headquarters and Pick a name... This is where insanity comes into play. So most likely there is gonna be an argument on what to call the guild. A lot of spamming what they want... oh joy! So take a vote. (Narrow it down to 2-3 names) Or you can say "If you dont want (Guild name) Then leave, i can find more" << Ouch!... harsh. Alright now you got your name! Your fellow guild-mates are now f2'ing and wanting to become jr. Ignore there pleas untill they have proven themself worthy of 2nd in command. Now the fun begins! Pick an emblem that relates to the name. (i.e A "star" For Starclan) Now if you have enough money, expand the guild and get out of orbis! ~Recruiting~ Once your in Vic head to the free-market or hene and recruit! My suggestion is to recruit lvls arround yours (i.e Im lvl 102 so i recruit 70+) So your spamming in (the) fm/henesys now. R<(Guild name) (X+!) And someone walks bye and says "Can i join?" But OH NO! they are 2-8 lvls under the requierment! Ask them if they lvl a lot and if they are active. If the answer to one of those is yes then add away! While recruiting you might want to consider the fallowing: ~If they are a high lvl and/or have defame are they scammers? Ask arround and try to get a backround check ~Tell the truth about your guild if someone asks. (i.e if you boss, gpq, or highest lvl, how long youve been arround for, ect) If you lie they will eventually find out ~Do they have bad grammer/cant speak english fluently Because nobody wants an 8 year old running arround begging for money/items. ~Do they have NX? most of the time people with NX are on more often, but lvl less.. (hene hoes) Heres my equasion to figure out if you should guild them: Nx+Low Lvl (at least 20 under req)=Mabye.. ask questions|High Lvl+NX=Yes! (But check backround first)|High lvl+No Nx=Yes! Who dosent want a high lvl! Nx or not! |
