I don't know if anyone knows this but she's at Korean Folk Town. Head all the way to where you spawn the 3 goblin kings and enter the broken down house (in map called Haunted House). The map where she spawns is called Goblin House.

I thought everyone knew about this.... But if you don't, this BMM is actually weaker than the one in mushroom shrine. He gives half the exp the one in shrine and his avoid or level is much lower so the acc needed to hit him is a lot less. Drops would appear to be the same as the one in shrine though as well.
