Ok well i dont think ima max combo smash but i dont care if its used in 2nd job does anyone actually use this skill to train in 3rd/4th job? Wouldnt it be better to just keep ur combo if you have maxed critical combo and full swing?

What else are you planning on maxing? Besides, I think you need at least lvl 10 combo smash for penril, and at least lvl 10 penril for tempest.

Combo smash is the best move ever for 2nd job and like the first 10-15 levels of 3rd job. It makes it alot faster to kill of the mobs u are facing. Also there nothing else u can max unless u want to max that spinning move which u should just keep at 21.

I rarely used combo smash throughout 3rd job however... it is VERY useful in 2nd job, and you will end up maxing all your 2nd job skills

Well like i said i dont care about 2nd job or even early third job =p but i plan on maxing the spinning move and body pressure and combat step so whatever is left after that ile put into combo smash so its not used after like say lv 85? When you would have combo critical maxed and full swing?

I just use smash and hope I can hit some monsters with it. :D Oh, and leave final charge at lvl 29. The only thing that increases from lvl 29 to lvl 30 is the damage (2%). You'll still hit 12 monsters.

Just cause it takes you forever to get to lv 85 doesnt mean i will be struggling like you will and at lv 85 i will have max combo critical and full swing i just want know does anyone still use it when they have those maxed and are in there high 8x lvs. I DONT FREAKING CARE ABOUT 2nd JOB.

I still use it at 94, when your about to use your combo its a nice remobber/finish move. Besides there is no other "useful" skills to put the sp on. Also if your dont care about 2nd or early third job because your going to leech, dont even waste your money, training is faster for an aran than leech all the way up till you can get gallos leech, and even then if its not 1 hit you can still get more exp training.

in the end the only thing you wont max is FC, and even then youll have spare points later to get it to 10 monsters pushed at lvl 21, if you build the same way i did... i say max it, i like it when at places like Cornian and Red wyvern... it's a great low-combo finisher for maps that are spread out, meaning you can't get good combo, or also if you want to just wipe out a weak mob and seriously... FC is not worth the extra points to push 2 more monsters
