I was surfing on Basil, and then I notice this pathetic ad: Link: first post. Can Nexon sue WonderKing for this? EDIT: Can the first poster please post the link so I dont get suspended xD EDIT2: Ty for the second poster.

Will Burger King get sued for mentioning McDonalds in their ads? No. ndoors is perfectly fine. You'd have to produce defamitory statements, libel or slander or commit copyright infringment for a law suit. [/quote] Wk is far different then Maple. Only similarty to the games are that it is a 2-d game. If you try WK you will see that it is far different then Maple. Maple has cleaner graphics but WK gameplay I would say it is a tad better. This is all in my opinion though so no flames please.

[/quote] If I am correct, they could have still put MapleStory (but I think they would need the (c) tag), and it would still not be illegal, and there would be no grounds for sueing over a silly add.
