Is the ZHelm the best Helm in the game?

Title says it all pretty much... It has 150 in each def, and gives +15(average) to each stat AND gives +10 to Acc and Avoid... This has to be the best helmet in the game! Where is the downside? I am assuming that once someone gets the money they go straight to the auction to purchase one.

There are targa and scar lion helmets they only have str dex (scarlion) int and luk (targa) there will probably be targa and scar lion helmets with 18/18/18/18 stats and speed and jump i guess.

no, gm hat is best. but you can't get it which sucks. besides that, yes i think z-helm is best, taking scarlion out of the picture.

Scar/Targar are the best toher than the obvious GM hat. 30 def less wont hurt you like what 10 dmg less?
