whats the best way to level from 10-50+?

^title says it all. ive heard all out pqing is good for 10-30 but am looking for more suggestions. Regular magician build

Train till 25, do Dusty Platform PQ 25-30, train till 40, 35 if you're above average, CPQ till 50.

How can all of you give him suggestions when he doesn't provide enough information...for 30-50+ part. The "best" way to level up depends on your funding, class, and skill build. Each of the different Magicians have a different route for what is best. Your funding and skill built will also affect the route that would be best. For lvl 30-50, I/l, Cleric, and Fp, all have different methods for CPQ which should provide the most exp for the class. At 50+, ice Wizards, lightning Wizards, Clerics, Fizards, and Pizards, are have different training methods. Depending on funding and skill build, it might be better to train than to PQ or vice versa. Unless you provide adequate information, you will get inadequate answers. All the answers provided so far, might or might not be correct. If you are looking for an open answer for all possible situations, then you aren't likely to get an adequate answer.

I'm assuming you're talking about your Aran. Here's what worked for me (solo training, no PQs which can obviously be faster if you have Free Wins or something) 10-20+ just do job quests/hat quests, the train on octos or something once you have hat 20-25- ant tunnel mini dungeon 25-31- subway PQ (stupid fast if I remember correctly for Arans- like 50% every 10 minutes!) 31-33-ish- Mushroom castle quests 33ish-50- Droids/etc... All those things in that area, whatever's appropriate for your level 50-low/mid 50's- MP3 (until you can 90+hit WRs) mid-50s to 70- WRs (as soon as you can hit them enough)
