Zak pre quests - BasilMarket Forum

Yeah, so I was going to go on a zak run with my guild today and when I got there I was totally oblivious to the fact that I didn't do the zakum prequests (sad, I'm so dumb). I've never done the prequests before, so could someone post a link of a guide if there is one, or tell me step by step what to do? My guildes told me I needed 30 gold teeth or something like that. I don't know what that part is for, but I know how to do the Adonis quests ( the stage 1 quest and stage 2 jump quest). Ant help is appreciated. And yes, I know it's sad that a 13x drk hasn't done the prequests yet, but my laptop could never survive in zak anyway so I never bothered. Now that I can use my cousins computer to zak, I need to do the quests :P

i've typed this out like last year, and i still have it laying around in my scraps. xD apparently, the map for the first quest is not up anymore though...edit: here's a map: http://roxannaly.com/Fayesphotos/zakum_map.jpg /edit First head to El Nath and talk to your 3rd Job instructor for permission to go into Dead Mine. Once you gotten permission, you can do either two things. One is to go into the FM and buy a Dead Mine Scroll to cut the time in half to get there. The second option is start heading East from El Nath to get passed Dead Mine and the Cave of Trails. At the end, you will meet up with a NPC named Adobis. He will be the one that give you the 3 quest you must do into order to gain Entry into Zakum's Altar. Quest 1: You need to find all the keys by breaking rocks/chests and then drop them in front of a large chest. You can get the documents also, but they are optional to get 5 dead mine scrolls. You can do it again after you get your z-helm, as they are repeatable. Here�s a map for you This map will provide you the the location of each keys and documents, and whether they are in a rock or not. You are able to solo this quest, if you only get the keys. Just create a party, and you should be able to do it on your own. Here�s where you find the keys. It also shows you how to solo it and get the documents as well. Quest 2: It's a two part jump quest that has falling rock, a cannon that shots out fireballs or poisonous gases, some monsters, and a pool of lava underneath you. Many had said this is the hardest jump quest they ever had to do. Others had said it was easy compare to the others. Depending on how good you are with jump quest, this can be easy for you or a pain a in the ass to do.You may want to watch a video on YouTube to get a view on how to do it. Remember to bring plenty of potions and antidote. Once you fall into the lava, you have to make your way back to the start of that jump quest while taking in damage. If the hp bar goes more than halfway without dying, it will automatically explode and might knock you off the platform. Another way to get pass it is to jump directly on top of it, and it will knock you off. You will see what I mean when you get there. The last part of stage two is where most people struggle on. Time your jump and be patience. There are 2 falling rocks, and 2 cannons. First rock will fall in 3 counts not seconds (drop...1,2,3...drop). Say it out-loud if you have to. When you say 3, just jump to the next rope and climb up the rope quickly. If you made it all the way to the top, then the rocks shouldn't hit you. Now the next rock will fall in 7 count, so you don't have to worry
