When are Dual Bladers coming to GMS?

Dual Bladers seem really cool and I'm wondering if/when they're coming to GMS. Anyone know?

i think its around aug or sept. idk im just assuming from how the dates are seperated from when evans came out in kms and then when it came out in gms.
