Can someone tell me which monster have the best drop rate for Maple Shields?

well last year i got 12 from cube slimes and only 1 from bubblings (bubblings always crowded)

Bubblings (Well I found 2 Maple Shields there). But they only drop during the Maple Anniversary event... which should be just around the corner if I'm not mistaken.

Last year I was lucky and got 21 Maple Shields at bubblings and gave them away as gifts. One beginner was getting KS'ed by some jerk, so I just gave her one for free. I hate KSers. So I told the person to stay there and I would be back ... logged on to my Bishop and bombed the map. The KSers left and I gave the map to the beginner. They have not released this year's anniversary info yet ... have they?
