Which world to choose?

So as some ppl may have read my recent thread a few hours ago, i have quit my shadower. i have decided to make a corsair in a new world, which i am not sure yet of. Me and my friend, he is also making a bucc, would like to settle into a new world other then broa or scania, or any world that is too overpopulated that i cannot get a training channel or too deserted that i cannot get a PQ. Prefered no pointless smegas and dc hackers of anything like BF police. so, what are you guys opinions? PS Friendly people please
