Why are Targar Hats hard to find?

I mean I keep looking in FM and I could NEVER find a Targar but while I'm searching there's like 20 Scarlion Hats? Aren't they the same level and have the same HP?

Search up a video. Targa is the crazier of the two bosses. Especially that fury-swipes move, lol.

Targa is harder to kill since ranged attackers cannot do as well on 3rd body (compared to ranged on 3rd body scarlion).

Targa is more difficult to kill. It think it hits higher damage or something.

It's because it has this laser attack, and it hits the whole map and you know how ranged attackers (bowmen, sin) cant deal with high magic attack

Its hard to find range class that can take an 7.7k - 8k hit at 3rd body. Targar gives mp instead of hp @benkimbbap: its laser hits a little over half of the map, if he is pinned at the edge while doing it
