Yes x1000000. Very cute. As long as it's not the type of long hair that falls straight down with a middle part, or if it's in a ponytail. Otherwise, everything above shoulder length (and not middle parted) is cute :]

It depends on the girl, and how it looks on the guy. I hate having short hair, and I personally think longer hair looks better on guys.
