Hello Basil, I just wanted to share with you guys a thought that came across my mind : Are you playing Maple with pure fun? without thinking about the power of your character or the money that you should have? Personally, I've found that it's extremely hard for me to play with the knowledge that there are other characters at my lvl that are way more powerful and rich...Most of the times the reason for me to quit from playing a job, was that I knew I'm no not "The One". As opposed to that one, few days ago I spoke to a paladin girl, lvl 120 - with no funding and without any power (not even glove att!) that told me she's having fun with her character, and she did so all along! More then that - she did it for the respect of Paladins! It was such a weird thing to hear...I hope that someday I'll be just as her...having PURE FUN. What is your stand? :D talk ^^ (and sorry for the grammer)

well back when i played.. I mostly stayed on Maple for a few certain people o: After they quit, I quit as well. Don't think I ever played Maple for "pure fun" though haha.

I play for fun. I'm not some damage vvhore. I certainly don't want to suck, but I am perfectly content with being average.

The only things I own on the AM you see on my BasilID are a (not very well) scrolled Elemental Staff 1 (notice the lack of E-wand 5 lol) and 7int, 13m atk earrings and clean level 100 overall, gloves and shoes. I'm content with that. I by no means have any goals to be "godly". Oh and the best att glove I have is 8. xD So I have no equips that are brag-worthy, but I never think of damage while playing.

If ya assume att gloves to be THAT necessary ya get all "WHOA WHAT NO GLOVE HOW DO YA LIVE LIKE THAT"...Maplestory really drowned in damage whores. I ain't got no att gloves, zhelm or any other of this useless crap, being a Shadower is reason enough for me to play.

I really do play for fun. I know there are alot of people my lvl that hit harder and much more mes0rz but I don't really care. LOL I just wasted over 100m on a clean bwg and some glove att scrolls and ended up with a 6att glove...adimittedly I was a little dissapointed but I got over it REAL fast. It's a game, it's meant to be fun.
