Tax on drops?

Wtf? What purpose does this serve? I drop 50k or whatever the minimum limit is and then they give me a message that all the money could not be found so I only picked up 45k mesos? It's similar to the trade taxes. Why are these things implemented into the game?

The tax is 6% on all drops @_@ This was implemented into the game as a deflation factor, since the less mesos that are circulating around the economy, the lower prices are @Lan: We should throw a henesys meso party! :D

Now i cant drop in fm and i cant drop without being taxed like a mofo
