How do I get to places like Singnapore and the other areas?

I've looked everywhere, and can't find the mentioned npcs-for example, a ticketseller in Kerning City. The only one I can find is Spinel, and that one only takes me to the Mushroom Shrine-and that one's in every town. Anyone got some advice on how to get to those places?

are you serious? the lady even says "singapore w/e" underneath her name and she's holding a suitcase and shes wearing an airline lady costume thing. You must be blind, and its over the taxi in kerning
