Nexon: Genius or Stupid?

There has been many complaints about Nexon not doing their job as a game company. However, with each release, they reveal part of their plan. I'll use this example. Evan requires mastery books for 3 of their skills to be at their best potential. Without those mastery books, it is hard to level in the higher levels. Nexon might have been stupid to make the mastery books, because Evans are not as popular when Arans came out. What makes people so hyped about is the Dragon Glasses. You get it at level 30, and get scrolls for it at level 40,50,60, and 70. In one way, Nexon is smart is making this. To get to 70, you need your best skills and train hardcore. That means getting NX and buying the mastery books, or the 2x EXP coupon. One small prove would be that the expiration date to get the Dragon Glasses is shorter than the expiration date of Arans. Nexon probably reduced the amount of time to make people hurry and rush. For Arans, they have no mastery books that needs to be bought with NX, and Nexon isn't rushing them, but rather let the expiration date for the Lillin's Ring last longer than the Evan's Glasses. So, is Nexon genius or stupid?

I'd say not genius, but it's a clever plan, considering them have people over 30 working for that company thinking these up in meetings everyday, someone is surely going to come up with this idea. Besides, it's not that big an idea, it's easy to make people come online more and rush up the levelling.

Nexon is genius. We only call them stupid because their genius affects us negatively/we're jealous of said genius. More so the former than the latter.

I wouldn't call them a genius nor stupid. With the new classes coming out and 2x events, 2x cards have been selling like crazy. But, with all this money coming it, they aren't even able to hire better game masters

I wouldn't call them either, I would say they are more of a laid-back, yet clever business. But I'm not their biggest fan -_- However I agree, they are smart for making the books, I never bought one though haha

They're money-making geniuses, if that's what you mean. But they don't put a lot of effort into customer satisfaction.
