Scania Major LAG?

Is everyone experiencing a lag right now? Because I am in stage 5 of LPQ and suddenly everything stopped. I can move but nothing else is moving. This happened like 10 minutes now. I called my friend who is also experiencing the same problem elsewhere. Scania Crashed.
