But what exactly is a MoN? And what does it do? Is it a belt, overall, ring, medal, etc.? I know you get it from Crimson Wood... thanks in advance.

A Mark Of Naricain is a level 110 pendant, that is your game pendant for most jobs. Bishops are better off with horntail necklaces. Also, some STR shadowers use these because the str, dex, and luk helps them out more than 10 attack

Since no one has mentioned this: you need to be level 90 to get into the PQ that you get it from. It works like you would buy zhelms. You pay a group that does runs and wait your turn to loot one that drops.
