Breakfast basically means to break the fast you were on while sleeping. So yeah, I would think so. Sometimes when I don't eat breakfast I feel sick... headaches and stomachaches..

[/quote] is that a serious question OT: the whole "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" is made on the basis that it gives you energy to start your day, and that people who don't eat breakfast will tend to overeat later on in the day. so i mean as long as you can control what you eat later on in the day, skipping breakfast in and of itself isn't unhealthy.
