Nexon Cash game Card wont work

So I bought 10k nx cash and when i entered the code it told me that due to an unknown error the cash shop failed. what do i do?

You don't put it in the cash shop in-game. The cash shop code is if you get a free gift from nexon, like a 2x card. Go to the website to redeem it.
