I need help with making my NW stronger!

My NW is level 60, and the highest I've hit would be 3k, I'd say. I have a Valefor hat, a 36 att bracer, and (don't laugh :P) 4 att gloves. I'm dexless so my luk is 365. I'm thinking that buying a good wg would be the first step, but I'm not sure. I have 100mil and I'd like to spend it wisely. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Oh and, I'd also appreciate if you'd tell me what attack for each item I should get, like for example a wg with attack ___. Thanks!

Go for 8 atk wg, and zHelm. o.o Lucky Seven/Vampire. When Vampire is... maxed? I trained my friend's at Tornado Corridor. You rarely use HP pots, and the EXP is great.

No idea why you would fund a NW, seeing as you just poison bomb through 3rd job to 120. But anyways, get a ~ 8 att wg, ~15 luk sauna, ~ 40-45 skanda. Zhelm isn't worth it, you will probably stay dexless and the defense and avoid are rather useless seeing as you have vamp and super high avoid already.
